If you have a question about Extramon you might find an answer in the User's Manual, which is the same manual that is included when you download the software.

If you are experiencing a technical problem using Extramon you might want to consult our list of known issues. If you have just installed Windows XP Service Pack 2, we have some information about configuring the Windows firewall. If the problem involves making a connection from one computer to another, read about firewalls.

If you cannot find a solution, please send us a problem report by selecting Report a Problem from the Help menu. The report includes some technical information about your computer that may help us solve the problem, and is a preferrable way to report a problem rather than sending a plain email.
